Make urself happy!
If u think that u are very stressed out, depessed and do not know what to do in ur life, the below advice is for u. ITs something that i would like to share with everyone so that they may be happier in life. Its not really an expert's opinion so do not be critical in a negative sense. By that, i mean that u do not go and bang ur head onto the wall if the methods that i am goin to share are not able to help u. Cuz u may have to get pple to repair the wall and to clear off the blood stains and that cost u a jolly good old buck, which in turn churn out another pile of problems. Oh, not to mention that u would have gotten a serious head injury. =)
Okie, wat to do to make urself better?? Below is a list which may be helpful.
1. Pick up something new.
Thought of pickin up a new skill? Something that u want to learn since ur high school daes, but u never have the courage to do so. Well, this is the time to do it! Whether its music, sports, or some other stuff, do something that engages u and keep u focused. It helps to fill ur mind wif positive thoughts because u r doing something u like.
2. Spill ur unhappiness to a close fren.
DO NOT ever bottle up ur feelings. IF u do that, the 'toxic wastes' in ur body would accumulate and gradually reach a pressure point where everything juz explodes. Confiding helps. Even if ur fren is unable to help u, u hav made a point and let off some undue steam.
3. Convince urself to smile more.
Smiling is a good way to relieve stress. One of the nicest things you can give to someone else is a beautiful smile. So when u smile to someone, u r likely to get a smile in return. . This in turn makes u happy and u feel lighter and better. U would only realise how beautiful the world still is when u smile.
4. Sing.
"In the beginning was the voice. Voice is sounding breath, the audible sign of life."--Ibid.
Singing helps to express urself and assists in letting off steam. Because in singing, one can show their emotions without inhibition and vent their frustrations through their voice. Just make sure u do not hurt ur vocal cords.
5. Crack a small little joke to ur frenz.
It doesn't matter whether ur joke is a low grade one, juz make an effort. They would appreciate ur effort and laugh along wif ur silly joke. Hmmm?? U may ask me why u are the one makin pple laugh, but trust me, makin pple happy lightens ur mood too. U would realise that u r not alone as there are pple who are willin to laugh wif u. This keeps u goin.
6. Do something that deviates from ur routine.
Instead of goin to work or sch in ur usual manner, take an alternate route. If u drink coffee, try tea instead. Just attempt something different. This can help show u that are still many aspects in life that u probably havent explore yet. NOw may be a trying period but u gotta hav the conviction that u can get over it.
7. A silly but useful mtd.
Haa. . This method was imparted by a fren. FOund it effective and would like to share it wif everyone. Every morning and nite, look at urself in the mirror and smile. Then u laugh urself silly and tell urself everything's gonna be all right. Trust me, it may seem silly, but its a tried and tested method.
Okie, felt i crap too much liao. Guys and Gals outta there. Stay happy. NO ONE owes u happiness!! U gotta work hard for it. =)
