Duck hearts, tongue, and wings
These were photos taken weeks ago, courtesy of Jow's superb camera phone. Jow, Ah Chua and me were at Chinatown that day to scout for travel packages to go to Bangkok for holiday. In the end, we decided to book the air tickets and hotel separately.
Lunch was imminent after we met and hence we went to one of the complex to settle our devilish cravings. We had our fill when Ah Chua decided to treat us to something cool after I had coolly taken on the challenge of eating Duck wings, heart and tongue. EEEKS.
The one on the right with the tentacles is the tongue and the one that is skewered in a row are 3 duck hearts.
I am smiling broadly with the duck heart at my mercy but seriously, I wasn't too amused at the thought of eating the heart. It has a rubbery texture and certainly does not whet my appetite.

After that little misadventure, we went to Casualpoet, a place which I have previously recommended.
Ah Chua looking very happy.
Don't act shy la, Jow jow. We know u are big.

Overall, Casualpoet is a nice place to have a cup of coffee and talk with your friends while you laze through your entire afternoon. =))

Jersey in the making.
One of the unimportant things was to make a jersey for ME PeePs because we have been playing soccer regularly every Tuesday afternoon during semester time. We planned to take the black one..
However, the plan was shelved till this july because there is no stock available and the next stock only comes in on july.

Ah Bui's eyes were tired from crossing in his line of sight too much after studying a bit of econs, and thus requires some eye massage!

I was standing in front of a mirror and taking its reflection. This camera is unlike my previous nokia 3250 phone, which I can twist convieniently to see my own image.

Hand Chicken
Who wants to eat hand chicken??
This was spotted at my nearby hawker centre at Margaret Drive Blk 40. If you do not know Chinese, the chinese words for handphone, "手机" was written wrongly as "手鸡". 鸡 means chicken. Haha. Perhaps that was to cater to the pretty famous chicken rice stall at the hawker centre. It was not hard to guess I had chicken rice for lunch that day too.

The picture below speaks a thousand words. Which explains why I do not put a thousand happies in this blog. 3 is enough. I lost my sense the day I took a photo with her.

Little Play
Will be going for Yishun Kids camp from tomorrow till wednesday but I guess I will not be missed much though. Spent some time in making Little Brown n Little White. Will be busying myself with more friends for both of them when I come back from camp. WHeee HOoo.

Time flies and this is the 500th post already. For this, I wanted to reward everyone by telling a story. However pictures speak a thousand words and I decided to show you pictures instead. Well, these pictures show exactly how boring I can be. Haha.

Origami made yesterday. Chopsticks was from Tricia and had nothing to do with the origami though. I just include it in the picture because I thought it seemed congruent with the origami.

Fuse box. 4 pieces required to make the box.

Ten point star. As the name suggests, 10 pieces are required. However, it is easy to fold except that it is a bit tedious.

Masu BOx~~ Sweet and simple. For dummies. ahhaa.

Slender star! gosh it is harder than the picture suggests. Took a sickening 30minutes to try to make a more slender star BUT I failed.

The small triangular box in the picture is one of hardest to make. Crease and unfold, crease and unfold. .
Sometimes the simplest looking ones are the most laborious. As the saying goes, one cannot judge by appearances. You really need to understand the processes before you can get a clearer picture. Which explains why the picture is so blur.
Never mind. I do not make sense. 500.

Recent photos of me and my friends.
To satisfy people's curiosity, these 2 pictures are more recent photos of me. I am camera shy, therefore there aren't many photos at all. LOL.
For Becca's info, this photo was taken on the 1st day when I officially 23. I am really starting to put on more and more uncle airs.
This was taken on an impromptu bbq at west coast park. Probably the most recent photo shoot. And gosh. That was nov 2nd if I didn't remember wrongly.
SO uncle.
More activities coming up this December holidays. Hooray!!

A different shade.
I gave my hair a different colour and swore that I have put it into the cauldron and announcing an earlier death sentence to it. However, I rather like this colour despite the mulitple side effects. And I chose this colour simply because my brother suggested it. He dyed the same colour weeks back and was so excited when he heard I might want to colour my hair.
"Go! go. Go dye the same colour! "
Gosh. I did so and I wondered if people will think that's our natural colour.
Now we look even more alike.
It is in the genes.
